I recently lost my dog, and it was one of the hardest things I’ve gone through. When I finally felt ready to look for another pet, I went to Petland, and I’m so grateful I did. Kaidynn was incredibly kind and understanding — she didn’t rush me or pressure me at all. She listened to my story, helped me meet a few dogs, and somehow just knew exactly what I needed. Thanks to her, I found the sweetest new pup who’s already brought so much comfort back into my life. I can’t thank Kaidynn enough for her compassion and patience she made something really emotional into a truly positive experience.

Donovan at the Joplin location was so helpful and so kind the entire time I was in the store, he would educate me on the different types of animals. They have as well as a pros of different toys and treats that I wanted to get for my pets! Donovan is wonderful and you’re lucky to have him on the team

Donavyn was amazing! Not only did he help me and boyfriend choose a dog, he was very informative on the snakes. Definitely my favorite worker here

Kaidynn and Kierah were very helpful today! I was being very indecisive on what dog to look at but they were very patient with me. They gave me a lot of good information and made me feel confident about my choice!

Amazing place to buy a puppy, tried our hardest to get approved and was approved for some good things. Spent a lot of time here and Ember really tried to talk to the manager and help out a lot. Would highly recommend coming here. Showing us the health records, and vaccinations, and the deals we could work with. So thank this PETLAND and thank you Ember for all that you could do

I just want to give a big shout out to Kierah for taking time with me, Mike & Gus when we come in for visits and taking care of our needs for all of our babies. You have helped Dutchess out tremendously and Gus loves to see you when he gets groomed. Thank you on the info and training suggestions as well. Another schnauzer is on our minds when the time is right and we meet one we can't resist. I know Casper will find his right family and thank you for letting me have some playtime while Gus is on the road with his daddy. We can't wait to see you again! Never know what Christmas will bring this year. Gus is a year old now and is an amazing boy! Thanks again Kierah, you made my day brighter! Came in to look at puppies, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ember stayed with us for 3 hours trying her best to get 2 pups home with us, even after closing time. Would definitely recommend coming here if you’re looking to adopt a puppy.

Austin is amazing! I had a great experience at Petland thanks to Austin. He was so friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. His genuine care for the animals and customers really stood out—definitely someone who makes you want to come back!

My hubby and I went in yesterday not really having a plan on getting a puppy. Thanks to Abby, she found us the perfect match for our son and our needs. Even stayed late to finish us out and help load everything in the car. She was so sweet!
